1. Our products

ND Facilitysells the Sahulat range of 2000 ml urine bottles and related home-care accessories. Our products are a home-care aid for comfort and convenience. They are not a medical treatment and do not cure any condition.

2. Pricing

Prices range from PKR 1,100 to PKR 3,300 depending on the model (male/female and tier), plus a delivery charge (from PKR 300, varying by location and courier). Prices and offers are shown on the website and may change at any time. The price confirmed on your confirmation call is the price that applies to your order.

3. Placing an order

When you submit the order form, you are requesting to buy the selected model. Your order is only confirmed once our team reaches you by phone to verify your details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if the address is unreachable, the item is out of stock, or the order appears fraudulent.

4. Payment — Cash on Delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the total amount in cash to the courier when your order is handed over at your address.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

6. Returns & replacements

Because this is a hygiene product, returns are limited. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Correct use

Our bottles are designed for the collection of urine only and must be cleaned after use as described. They are not to be used for food, cooking, or any other purpose. Male and female designs differ; please order the model suited to the user.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ND Facility is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products. Always follow the usage and cleaning guidance provided.
