Your satisfaction matters to us. Because this is a personal-hygiene product, please read the following policy carefully.

Check your order at delivery
We recommend you inspect the sealed package with the courier at the time of delivery. If the box is visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery on the spot.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong model, we will replace it free of charge. Please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 0333 6173727 or on WhatsApp.
- Share a photo or short video showing the issue.
- Keep the product and all its parts and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund. We cover the cost of a replacement caused by our error.
Hygiene & used products
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of a product that has been used, unsealed, or where the issue is not a manufacturing defect. This does not affect your rights where the product is faulty.
Change of mind
If you change your mind before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order at no cost. Once an unused, unopened item has been delivered, a change-of-mind return may be considered on a case-by-case basis; any return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
Refunds
As orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds (where applicable) are issued by the same method agreed with you — typically via bank transfer or mobile wallet — once the returned item is received and checked. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 working days.
