Is there a different design for men and women?
Yes. Sahulat has separate male and female attachments, shaped for the respective user. Our team can help you select the suitable option before dispatch.
How long is the connecting pipe?
The included connecting pipe is approximately 3.5 feet long, which suits a typical bedside setup. Pass the pipe underneath the knee to reach the genital area comfortably, and keep the collection bottle below bed level while it is in use.
Can the bottle be cleaned and reused?
Yes. Rinse the bottle and attachments with clean water and mild soap, and clean thoroughly once every 24 hours. Allow every part to dry fully after cleaning.
Can it stay attached all day?
No. This home-care aid is intended for use when needed and does not need to remain attached continuously. If you are unsure about a person's care needs, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
