Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect only the details needed to process and deliver your order:

  • Your full name
  • Your mobile number
  • Your delivery address and city
  • The product model and quantity you ordered
  • Basic technical data such as the campaign or link you arrived from (UTM parameters), used to understand which of our ads work.

We do not collect payment card details. All orders are Cash on Delivery, so payment happens in person with the courier.

How we use your information

  • To confirm your order by phone before dispatch.
  • To pack, book, and deliver your order through our courier partners.
  • To contact you about the status of your order or delivery.
  • To handle returns, replacements, or support requests.
  • To improve our products, service, and advertising.

Sharing your information

We share your name, phone number, and address with our courier partners (such as PostEx, GPO, or Daewoo) solely to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We may share information where required by law.

Cookies and advertising analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies, including one that remembers your chosen site language. We also run the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on all pages of this site, which sends events such as page views and completed orders to Meta so we can measure how our advertising performs. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to run our business, meet legal obligations, and handle any after-sales support. You may ask us to delete your details at any time by contacting us.
